Houghton Gardens
We'd visited Houghton Gardens, just south of Stockbridge in August 2006 and not much had changed. The walled garden was fully in flower with the butterfly bush a magnet for many different variants. We took the river walk through the grounds, alpaca-spotting on the way, and returned via the peacock garden.
