Wednesday finds us walking the south side of the Cheddar Gorge. The sun is out and we're harvesting vitamin D.

Another little secret: we were doing a Fast Day on Wednesday - encouraging our cells to enter repair mode, take a holiday from all that digestion and stuff. Didn't stop a
Coors Light for Clare at the end of two hour's walking; and, '
Butcombe Bitter is a moreish Mendip masterpiece' so 120 Calories didn't stand in the way of a pint for me either.
